Can I use my own essential oils with ScentIQ diffusers?
Yes, all ScentIQ diffusers are compatible with high-quality essential oils and fragrance oils. There is no need to transfer into the dedicated bottle provided with your diffuser, any 20ml bottle can be swapped over to use different scents.

Are ScentIQ diffusers safe to use while sleeping?
Yes. All models are designed with sleep in mind, featuring gentle scent diffusion, adjustable timer settings, and an auto shut-off function when the water level is low or the bottle is empty.

Are ScentIQ diffusers child-friendly?
Yes, both the Home & Wellness and Sleep Diffuser models are designed with families in mind. They feature soft lighting, calming sounds, and safe, low-heat operation, making them ideal for nurseries, kids’ rooms, and family spaces.

Can the Waterless Diffuser tip or spill?
No, the Waterless Diffuser is completely spill-proof when kept upright. There is no water or liquid reservoir, so there’s no risk of leaking or tipping hazards.

Oils & Refills

How long do ScentIQ oils last?
Waterless Diffuser: Long-lasting due to pure oil diffusion can last up to multiple months depending on your mist settings and hourly usage.
Smart Diffuser: Duration varies based on mist mode, room size, and frequency of use. Regular top-ups will help maintain consistent scent strength.

What type of oils do you recommend?
We recommend 100% pure essential oils or high-quality fragrance oils. Avoid using synthetic, diluted, or oily residue blends to maintain your diffuser’s performance and longevity.

Do you sell refill oils?
Yes, we offer a curated range of ScentIQ essential oil blends and fragrance oils, specially formulated for optimal diffusion in our devices. 

How do I refill or change the oil?
Each ScentIQ diffuser comes with a dedicated bottle for oil use. Simply pour your chosen oil into this bottle, insert it into the diffuser, and you’re ready to scent away!  Any other essential oil bottle can be used from 5ml - 20ml.

Do you ship across Australia?
Yes, we offer shipping to all Australian states and territories. Delivery times vary based on location.

What is your delivery time?
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Is shipping free?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 AUD.

Returns & Warranty

What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy for unused and unopened items. Items must be returned in original packaging with proof of purchase. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

Do ScentIQ diffusers come with a warranty?
Yes, all ScentIQ diffusers come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty covering faults in materials or workmanship. Warranty claims can be made via our Contact Page.

What if my diffuser stops working?
First, check the troubleshooting guide in your product manual. If the issue persists, contact our customer support team here for assistance or to initiate a warranty claim.

Safety & Maintenance

How do I clean my diffuser?
We recommend wiping the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. For the internal bottle, rinse with warm water and let it air dry completely before reusing. Do not submerge the device in water.

Are the oils safe for pets?
While our diffusers are safe to use around most households, some essential oils can be sensitive for pets — especially birds, cats, and small animals. We recommend using pet-safe oils and ensuring the room is well-ventilated.

Can I use the diffuser in a large room?
Each model is designed for room use.  For larger areas, you may need to adjust mist settings or consider multiple units.
