Returns & Refunds
Change of Mind
If you change your mind or received an item that isn’t quite what you expected, you’re welcome to return it.
Return window: 30 days from the date of purchase.
Please note:
- Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are non-refundable.
- Some returns may incur a 20% restocking fee if the item doesn’t meet return eligibility.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Our team may request photos if the item arrives in less-than-perfect condition.
Faulty or Defective Products
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply.
You may be entitled to:
- A replacement or refund for a major failure.
- Compensation for any foreseeable loss or damage caused by a faulty product.
- A repair or replacement if the product is not of acceptable quality.

How to Return an Online Order
To start the return process, email hello@scentiq.com.au with:
- Your online order number
- Your full name
- The email address used for the order
- Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
