Terms and Conditions
- Promoter
This giveaway is run by SCENTIQ COLLECTIVE PTY LTD, trading as scentIQ, ABN 94 694 226 910. Correspondence can be sent to PO Box 280, Oxenford QLD 4210, Australia, or hello@scentiq.com.au.
- Entry period
The giveaway opens on 19 October 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm on 3 November 2026, Queensland Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST, UTC+10). Entries received after closing are not eligible.
- Who can enter
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Existing scentIQ subscribers are welcome to enter by completing the giveaway entry form.
People directly involved in organising or conducting the giveaway are not eligible. Internal setup and test submissions are excluded from the draw.
- How to enter
Entry is free and no purchase is required. Complete an official scentIQ giveaway entry form on Facebook or Instagram using your name and a valid email address. Confirm your eligibility, agree to these terms and actively opt in to scentIQ email marketing using the consent controls provided.
There is one entry per person across both giveaway forms and all associated advertisements. Submitting more than once or using different email addresses does not provide additional chances. Only the first valid entry will be counted. Purchases, likes, comments, shares and tags do not provide additional entries.
- Email marketing
By opting in, you agree to receive scentIQ product news, offers and marketing emails, including Black Friday promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing hello@scentiq.com.au.
Unsubscribing after making a valid entry will not cancel your entry, reduce your chance of winning or affect your entitlement to the prize. Necessary communications about your entry or prize may still be sent.
- Prize
One winner will receive one scentIQ Waterless Diffuser in Woodgrain and two scentIQ essential oil bottles of their choice. The winner may choose two different scents or two bottles of the same scent. Free delivery to an Australian address is included.
The prize has an approximate advertised value of A$150. The final retail value may vary with the oils selected. The product images illustrate the giveaway; the oils shown do not restrict the winner’s choice.
The prize is not redeemable for cash or store credit. If an item becomes unavailable, scentIQ will discuss a suitable replacement of equal or greater value with the winner, subject to their agreement and applicable law. No payment is required to claim the prize.
- Draw
The winner will be selected randomly on 4 November 2026 at 12:00 noon Queensland AEST. The draw will be conducted in Queensland, Australia, using an electronic random selection method.
Valid entries from both forms will be combined and duplicates removed. Each eligible entrant has an equal chance of winning. Entrants do not need to watch or attend the draw.
- Contacting the winner
The winner will be contacted by email within seven days of the draw. scentIQ may reasonably verify the winner’s eligibility and will request their oil choices and Australian delivery details.
Reasonable further contact attempts will be made if the winner does not respond. An unclaimed prize will be handled in accordance with applicable law; it will not be automatically forfeited merely because the winner unsubscribed or missed a marketing email.
Delivery will be arranged promptly once the necessary details are confirmed, with prize delivery obligations under applicable law preserved.
- Privacy and publicity
Entry information is used to administer the giveaway, check eligibility, contact the winner, deliver the prize and send the marketing emails consented to on entry. Service providers including Meta, Klaviyo and delivery providers may assist with these activities.

Any legally required winner announcement will use only the information needed for that purpose. Email addresses and delivery addresses will not be published. Participation in a filmed call, interview, photograph or promotional content is optional and requires separate permission. Declining does not affect the prize.
- Fair administration
Fraudulent or automated entries may be excluded after reasonable checks. scentIQ will administer the giveaway fairly. Any necessary changes will comply with applicable law and will not unfairly remove an entrant’s rights. These terms do not retrospectively impose additional adverse conditions on entries already accepted.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Facebook and Instagram
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release those platforms from claims relating to this giveaway. scentIQ is responsible for its administration.
