Non-Electrical Items

Non-electrical products that are faulty or not of acceptable quality may qualify for a refund or exchange under Australian or New Zealand Consumer Law.

This does not apply to damage caused by abnormal use or misuse.

Electrical Items (Diffusers & Devices)

All ScentIQ electrical items — including smart diffusers, ultrasonic units and aromatherapy devices — come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if your product is faulty or does not meet acceptable quality standards.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by abnormal use, misuse, or unauthorised modifications.
